BigBlueButton- open source web conferencing software

BigBlueButton is open source web conferencing software. It is developed and is maintained by Blindside Networks. BigBlueButton uses red5, an open source implementation of Adobe's Flash Media Server, to support its real-time collaboration. It can be used for the purpose of business communications, formal discussion or any other of same purpose.
