A Linux heavyweight video editor that’s been around since the beginning of video time. Cinelerra is a free & Open source non-linear video editing system, designed for the linux, but has also been successfully ported to Mac OS X. Cinelerra also includes a video compositing engine, allowing the user to perform common compositing operations such as keying and mattes.
