GraphBuilder– An Open Source Graph Database

Graphbuilder is an open source Graph Database. It can reveal hidden structures in big data as it can construct graphs out of large sets of data. It had been developed by IBM, built in Java, it uses Hadoop and it scales using the Map Reduce parallel processing model. The Graph Builder library takes care of many of the difficulties of graph construction, such as graph transformation, formation and compression.

  • GraphBuilder is an opensource Graph Database. It supports multi-relational graphs, or property graphs, in which both objects and relationships may be labeled with multiple properties and property values. Graphs can be constructed from structured, semi-structured, or unstructured data.

Intel Graph Builder uses Apache Maven v3.1.1 as the build manager. Please ensure Maven3 is installed in your system.

Graph builder is an interactive, easy to use platform that allows you to visualize your data. You can select variables and click on the appropriate zones where you want to place them, or you can select a variable and drag it above several zones, seeing the changes as you go along, so that you can decide where you want to place it.

As in all JMP graphing platforms, there are several additional options available for changing the properties of axes, titles, colors of points or lines, legends, etc... Try to right-click in the graph area or on the axes or double-click the legend and explore the options available to you.

The "Undo" and "Start Over" buttons allow you to make corrections. You can also right-click on a variable once you've placed it in a zone and choose to "Remove" it or "Swap" it with another variable.
